Dr. Maroni's primary clinical interest is urologic oncology with an emphasis on prostate and testicular cancer. He specializes in minimally invasive treatments for prostate and kidney cancer including robotic prostatectomy and partial nephrectomy.

As an active member of the Southwest Oncology Group (SWOG), he is dedicated to enrolling patients in clinical trials that will improve the clinical outcomes of urologic cancers. Dr. Maroni has authored numerous clinical papers, and has presented nationally on various aspects of urologic oncology.
